The Wellness Edit: Meal Prep Party

Join us for an afternoon of making healthy meals and enjoying great company.

The 10 Day Shred was created as a way to help your body get rid of toxins that have built up as a result of our environment and our diets. For 10 days we move our body for at least 30 minutes everyday, get 7-9 hours of sleep, drink a ton of water, eat lots of whole foods, consume 2 superfood shakes and introduce whole food capsules into our diets. A detox is particularly important right after Christmas as we often indulge in lots of treats and alcohol which cause toxins to build in the body.

Some key things past participants have noticed in the past after doing a 10 day Shred are increased energy levels, increased mental clarity, reduced bloating, reduced joint pain, better sleeps &/or weight-loss.

Tickets are $20/person. Each participant will be assigned one ingredient to bring for the group. Containers will be supplied by us. Registration closes 2 days prior to event. If you have any questions please contact Christine at mvmtyogacollective@gmail.com

If you're not sure if you want to participate in the Shred but still want to meal prep that is totally okay! Everyone is welcome :)
