Tension has a way of building up—whether it’s from long hours at a desk, intense training, everyday stress, or simply the wear and tear of life. This 2 hour guided workshop with Keisha is your opportunity to slow down, tune in, and give your body the deep care it deserves.
Using self-myofascial release techniques with massage balls, we’ll work from head to toe, exploring simple, effective ways to release tightness, improve mobility, and bring balance back to your body. Along the way, you’ll learn practical tools you can use anytime.
This workshop is for everyone. Athletes looking to recover faster, yogis wanting to deepen their practice, desk workers craving relief from posture strain, parents carrying the weight (literally) of busy lives, and anyone who wants to feel lighter, looser, and more at ease in their body.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to release what no longer serves you.
