This Pre-Natal Yoga class series is for expecting mamas looking to safely move and ease into the changes happening in their body! We will practice different meditations and breathing techniques along with yoga postures to help calm the mind and ease some of the common discomforts of pregnancy.
Each class will consist primarily of gentle yoga sequences with a short energizing portion in the middle to help support your growing body with the endurance needed for a healthy pregnancy, labour & birth experience - we follow up by connecting with the life growing within you as you rest in a peaceful state of relaxation at the end of each class.
There will always be modifications available so you can personalize each pose as you see fit.
Shantelle's experience as a birth doula will overflow into this class equipping you with the knowledge and physicality needed to make your transition from pregnancy into parenthood smooth
This will be a 4 week series, running on Saturday Nov 26, Dec 3, Dec 10 & Sunday Dec 18
Price is $100 for the 4 sessions and can be paid in person or online
