A one-of-a-kind evening designed to reset your body and mind. We’ll start with 20 minutes of energizing exercise to get your heart pumping, transition into 20 minutes of grounding yoga to stretch and restore, and finish with 30 minutes of heat + cold therapy in the sauna and cold plunge to leave you feeling fully recharged. Nourishing snacks will be available to help rehydrate and replenish our bodies
