Designed for kids ages 6–10, KidFit introduces the foundations of strength training in a fun and engaging way. Participants will improve balance, coordination, confidence, and body awareness while learning proper movement mechanics in a safe, supportive environment.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm in July
