During the Shred10, for 10 days we focus on fuelling our body with the good stuff to help detox our cells.

The guidelines are simple… eat more whole foods, drink lots of water, get 7-9 hours of sleep, move your body daily and cut down on foods that cause toxins to build up like carbs, dairy caffeine & alcohol.

It’s amazing how much our bodies can change in just 10 days. Try it for yourself!!
