Hi, I’m Traceylee.

Yoga is my slow medicine.

I think yoga is not just about the poses, but about feeling fully alive in your body, In the Here & Now.

It all began in 2012 with a bedtime DVD that finally quieted my anxious mind. By 2018 the peace it gave me felt so clear and so good that I had to share it. I completed my 200-hour RYT, then fell deeply in love with Yin and added 130 hours of Yin & Acu-Yin training.

Now I love sharing Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga practices, along with Restorative and Yoga Nidra classes infused with Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridians, and the gentle art of flowing with the seasons to create balance holistically.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me sipping peppermint tea with my besties, hunting treasures in thrift stores, cuddling Bodhi the cat, dreaming of Florida sunshine, or giving and receiving Reiki. I’m here for busy minds and tender hearts, because I’ve been there too. Come exactly as you are.
