Yoga found me a few years ago during a very busy season of life. My kids had just started elementary school, I was working full time, and I was craving space in my schedule just for myself.

At first, I noticed the physical benefits — I felt stronger and more at ease in my body. But without even realizing it, something deeper began to shift. Yoga started changing me from the inside out. I learned to let go of control and expectations, to tune in to what truly feels good in my body, and to allow life to unfold one breath, one day at a time.

Yoga became more than a practice on the mat — it became a way of living with more balance, presence, and self-trust.
