Hey I’m Kristen,

I’ve been teaching yoga for nine years, and my intention is to create classes that meet people exactly where they are. I love encouraging students to play in their practice, explore challenge, or soften into stillness—whatever their body, mind, or season of life is calling for that day. Whether you’re working through an injury, building strength, or learning to rest, I aim to hold space for it all.

When I’m not teaching, I work as a Registered Massage Therapist, which informs my approach to movement and anatomy. Outside of the studio, I spend my time with my husband, our two children, and our two dogs.
