Yoga 101 is the first offering in our new learning series designed for anyone who’s new to yoga or looking to deepen their existing practice. In this supportive, spacious container, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga in a way that feels clear, accessible, and empowering.
Each session breaks down key elements of the practice—asana (movement/poses), pranayama (breath/energy), mythology, and a touch of yogic history & philosophy—to help you understand not just how we move and breathe, but why we do it.

Whether you’re rolling out your mat for the first time or craving a stronger connection to the roots of the practice, Yoga 101 offers the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to grow your practice with intention.
