Join Tannis on Sundays for 6 weeks of beginner friendly running followed by yoga. 

Run or walk at your own pace for 3.5 kms and meet after for recovery yoga at Chickakoo Recreation. 

Sunday May 24 - Sunday June 28, 8am start.

$90/per person for 6 weeks

 

Running route will be provided to runners before the workshop starts!
