Join us for an evening of healthy meals and great company. This event will help set us up for success for the Shred10 that starts on Monday January 9th. The Shred was created as a way to help your body get rid of toxins that have built up as a result of environmental toxins and our diets. For 10 days we move our body for at least 30 minutes everyday, get 7-9 hours of sleep, drink a ton of water, eat lots of whole foods, consume 2 superfood shakes and introduce whole food capsules into our diets.
Some key things past participants have noticed are increased energy levels, increased mental clarity, reduced bloating, reduced joint pain, better sleeps &/or weight-loss.
Tickets are $20/person. Each participant will be assigned one ingredient to bring for the group. Containers will be supplied by us. Registration closes 4 days prior to event. If you have any questions please contact Christine at mvmtyogacollective@gmail.com
