Spring Yin Detox

As we transition from winter into spring, the Wood Element rises — bringing fresh energy, flexible strength, and the quiet urge to grow and bloom. Join Tracey for Spring Yin Detox, a gentle 2-hour warm Yin immersion at MVMT+ Yoga Collective.

We’ll move slowly through soft, prop-supported poses that open the hips, sides, and spine, encouraging the natural flow of the Wood Element. I’ll share simple acupressure points to support smooth seasonal energy and emotional lightness. The workshop will gently conclude with a calming Meridian Nidra, allowing the Wood Element’s renewing energy to settle deeply into the body and nervous system.
This warm, all-levels practice offers plenty of modifications — especially kind to the neck and shoulders. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more open, and quietly renewed.
